Stopped in for lunch and found the service painfully slow. They had no organization and seemed to confuse many orders ahead of mine. The salad was the bright spot and was actually quite good. I got the Asian cashew chicken and everything was fresh. I ordered a Jr. bacon Cheeseburger and received a Jr. cheeseburger Deluxe. Strike 1. The bun was actually stale and fell apart. Strike 2. They loaded on waaaaay too much mustard. The burger meat wasn't bad. I don't go to Wendy's often and this trip is not making me want to race back.

Worst service ever can't imagine they actually think they can call themselves fast food. Came in for a quick bite to eat and had an appt to run to. So far been waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a small fry. Service is terrible! The place is old and needs a makeover too. Not to mention every time I come here my fries are always cold. When I asked them where the food was now running on 18 minutes they told me the food was cooking. If I wanted to pay $20 for food I could have gone to a real burger place like way back burger

I have been here twice and having been impressed or unimpressed with quality. I think it is an average fast food joint. I hope to never experience what others have experience here. The frosty is a constant I guess.

Yesterday 4/27/2015 around 3:45pm I went through the drive through and upon trying to order I ran into difficulty. The woman would yell through the speaker so loud that between the yelling and the thick accent, it was impossible to understand her. I ordered a medium coke, 5 piece chicken nugget, and a small fry. She kept interrupting me with her yelling. I would wait and be quiet and then she would yell "that all." I repeated my order several times through this circle of confusion. Finally, I figured she had understood me. I pulled up and she kept acting like she was going to take my card but then would turn away. I sat there with my arm extended for quite a bit. Finally she took payment. When she handed me my bag I asked for a sweet and sour sauce. She rolled her eyes and gave it to me. As I slowly pulled away I looked into my bag. No chicken nuggets. I checked the receipt, I was not charged either. I went back through and ordered, again, a 5 piece chicken nugget to the screaming lady. She asked if I wanted a drink. I said no, I was just here and got a drink but did not get my chicken nuggets. She said Oh. When I pulled up she was a few feet away putting some things in a bag when a large woman came up behind her and hugged her from behind while kissing on her. She was saying something about missing her or something. Finally their love fest ended and she came to the window, looked right at me, and asked if I wanted sauce. I said "No. I was literally just here and got sweet and sour sauce from you but you messed up my order and did not ring up the chicken nuggets." She just stood there staring at me. It was so bad I finally said she didn't need to stare at me and could just take payment. She finally did and handed me the bag. As I pulled away she hung out the window and yelled something at me. She had a nasty look on her face and I was too afraid to go back and find out what her deal was. Now I remember why I don't go to wendys.

Awful!!! ... People at the counter were indifferent and unhelpful - I asked what was on one of the sandwiches and the lady just looked at me and said, "I don't know." ... The apples that came with my kids meals were expired by 2 WEEKS! ... And the restaurant over all was filthy! ... Drive on to one of the other fast food restaurants nearby instead!

This place is PATHETIC!!! Absolute joke and Im sure that is a reflection of the management down. Went to place my order in the drive thru, and was informed my fast food was going to take 10 minutes. Lol i already said pathetic right? Needless to say I left.... Good thing because based on the other 2 reviews this place serves stale old food.

What a joke! This place serves old stale food! Furthermore, their air conditioning doesn't work - it's about 78 degrees in here with 100% humidity. It is so humid, the salt and pepper baggies are wet! Avoid! Oh.... and which part about "I don't want lettuce in my burger" do they not understand???
